In 2010, my career brought us to the Greater Pittsburgh area, but we knew we didn’t want to raise our family in the city. We chose the Ohio Valley—and 16 years later, we’re proud to still call it home while raising our four sons here.
Ohio Valley Grass Monkeys Inc., an Ohio Valley Outdoor Company, is locally owned and operated by the Monk family. Also known as Ohio Valley Edgescapes, and now joined by Ohio Valley Poo Patrols, our family of services was built by Bill and Tina alongside their four sons—Wiley, Owen, Ian, and Zach.
What started as a simple lesson turned into a way of life: if you want something, you earn it. When the boys said, “I want,” the answer was always, “A couple more lawns and you can.”
Today, those “couple more lawns” have grown into a full-service outdoor company. From professional lawn care and landscaping to precision concrete landscape curbing using the Lil Bubba Curb System—and even pet waste removal through Ohio Valley Poo Patrols—we deliver solutions that keep properties clean, sharp, and built to stand out.
Known throughout the Ohio Valley as the Grass Monkeys, these young men are building their future as professional landscape and curbing artisans—committed to doing things the right way, with pride, grit, and attention to detail.
We proudly serve Brooke and Hancock Counties in West Virginia, as well as Jefferson County, Ohio, and surrounding communities.
